All three teams competed in tournaments this last week and VRHS tennis represented well at each one! Starting with Freshmen on Tuesday, every single VRHS player that competed came home with a medal! Top finishers were: Lauren Feliciano: 1st in girl's singles; Paul Han and Joseph Ebersole: 1st in Boy's doubles. Thursday, JV played at Georgetown. 5 medals were brought home including Mary Hoover and Madeline martin: 1st in B girl's doubles; Quyen Dinh: 1st in B girl's singles. Finally, on Friday, varsity played at Pflugerville and brought home 4 medals: Sam Escalon and Matt Wade: 1st in mixed doubles; Avery Ross and Jordan Mitschke: 1st in B girl's doubles.Congrats for a great week!!!
